Corporate World Although Peter had a long and successful corporate career, something was missing. The Western work ethic of struggle and sacrifice was not delivering the fulfillment and excitement promised. Instead each step up the Corporate ladder increased the "to do" list and reduced quality time with family and friends. Peter felt stuck. He was reluctant to let go of everything he had worked so hard to attain but knew instinctively his "best" work was waiting to be expressed. Transition It took Peter many years and much expended energy before he found the courage to leave the Corporate world and follow his passion. It was a massive leap of faith. It required a willingness to let go of some deeply rooted beliefs and embrace a new concept that it is possible to earn an income doing what you love while at the same time serving and contributing to others. Mission The process of unlearning which Peter has undergone after thirty-one years in the Corporate world has been significant. Replacing decades of erroneous thinking is both painful and scary and can be slow without "expert" support. As a result, Peter, who is based in the United Kingdom, has traveled around the globe to be personally mentored by some very successful entrepreneurs who live and follow their passion every day.
Although Peter's journey is work in progress, the insights and understanding he has developed over the last few years have been dramatic. His mission is to help people understand it is never too late to discover your unique gifts and talents and to find a creative way to share these with the world.
